本醸造醤油をベースに、かつおだしと純米本みりんで合わせた、風味豊かな【つゆ】です。
甘味を出す為に使用する砂糖も中双糖(キザラ)を使うこだわり。
このことによって、コクが生まれ、味に厚みが出ます。
４倍濃縮ですので使い勝手も良く、つけ汁、かけつゆの他、煮物にもお使いいただけます。
年中通して重宝しますが、特に冬場は欠かせません。
